In the unlikely event that a crystal arrives broken, contact shalina@truthminerals.com. Send a picture of the broken piece and contact within 3 days of receiving your mineral for a full refund with paid return shipping.
Unless it's spelled out in the product description, you'll receive the exact specimen in the photographs/video/description on the website. If you have a change of heart (or you change your mind) after receiving your crystal, contact shalina@truthminerals within 2 weeks of receipt for return shipping instructions and to request a refund or store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs. After returned item is received we'll verified that it hasn't been damaged or broken. Within 1 weeks of receiving the returned item, you'll receive your store credit or refund.
